Henkel Loctite introduces the ErgoLOC valve, a handheld dispense valve designed to provide accurate and reliable dispensing of Loctite adhesives. Its lightweight construction and slim ergonomic design provide comfortable hand control therefore reducing operator fatigue.

Designed for use with Loctite semi-automatic or automatic controllers, it is suitable for dispensing virtually all Loctite cyanoacrylate adhesives and low to medium viscosity anaerobic adhesives.

With a weight of only 140g, diameter of 22mm and length of 170mm, the valve is ideal for the assembly of small or delicate components, such as loudspeakers, or for applications where space is restricted. The valve body is also suitable for clamping to robotic arms and automated equipment.

The ErgoLOC valve features a normally closed design that ensures there is no leakage of adhesive after the dispensing operation, preventing unsightly excess and reducing wastage and mess.

The valve body and stem are made from PTFE and the forward closing design prevents air from being trapped in the valve, which could allow cyanoacrylate adhesives to cure prematurely. The unit provides optimum drop transfer of low viscosity products, making it ideal for drop dispensing.

Precise stroke adjustment allows the dispense quantity to be fine tuned from 0.005g up to a continuous bead and the valve is suitable for use with adhesives up to 10,000 mPas.

The system includes 2 metres of ¼"diameter adhesive feed line and airline, complete with pneumatic fittings. There is also a Dispense Needle Variety Kit, which provides a choice of three needles to suit every application.
